Do you only work with businesses in Charlotte?
No. We’re based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and work with clients across the United States and the Caribbean. Much of our support is delivered remotely, and how each project is delivered is agreed with you in writing.
Can you work alongside our current IT team or provider?
Yes. We can take on a single project, fill specific gaps next to your team, or look after your IT end to end. Who does what is agreed in writing before work starts.
How do engagements and pricing work?
It starts with a conversation about your goals and your current setup. Scope, deliverables and pricing are then set out in a separate written agreement, so you know what you’re agreeing to before any work begins. Nothing on this website is a contract or professional advice.
Can you guarantee we won’t be hacked?
No honest provider can. We reduce your risk with proven practices (hardening, multi-factor authentication, patching, monitoring and recovery-ready backups) and help you prepare a response plan, so you are ready if something happens. Then we tell you plainly where you stand.
